Zen Pen Fitness is a Personal Training & Nutrition company, located in Santa Monica, California, specializing in weight loss and now offering Online Personal Training so that you can have access to fitness programs anywhere in the world.

Zen Pen Fitness was created with the vision of making the mind-body connection through fitness. Mental fitness is what keep us going through the physical activity, especially as we age. Zen meaning (peaceful) & Pen meaning (home), creating a peaceful home for one's self. Owner, Christine Lusita, Los Angeles Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Consultant states “There is no greater feeling than being strong within your body and your mind.”

Zen Pen's philosophy is to offer a positive, encouraging environment offering a large variety of Exercise programs that includes many different modules of fitness training including: Circuit Training, Pilates Training, Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training, Functional Training, Core-Strength Training, Marathon Training, Flexibility and Rehabilitation programs, while incorporating elements of Mindful awareness. If you live in the Los Angeles area, you can meet with Christine in person for a fitness consultation. At your consultation, she will evaluate your current level of fitness, discuss your nutritional intake and make suggestions on how you can improve to reach your goals.
