Online personal training: Get the amazing benefits of having your own Personal Trainer in the comfort of your own home. With this elite program, you can train like the pro's! You will have full open communication with Christine, plus the ability to track just about everything there is to track with exercise and nutrition.

Your individually designed workout plan is customized with detailed instruction and exercise videos so you don't have to worry about doing the movement correctly with proper form. This highly advanced one-on-one fitness training program allows you to take your workouts on the go with 24hr access anywhere in the world!

Online Menu Planning:

Includes 4 week menu planning, BMR assessment

Please note: All special needs clients with such metabolic diseases as Chron's, Lupus, Diabetes, etc... will require the services of an RD.

Weight Loss Program:

Includes both Online Personal Training and Menu planning

4 week program

Customized Workouts: You will have the ability to view pictures & videos of the exercise prescribed. You can view workout summary's tracking planned vs actual, the ability to talk with Christine to report back and make notes on your program.

Nutrition: Access to your private menu designed just for you. Food logging made simple! Get nutrition facts on your favorite foods, add your own foods, and meals.

Tracking progress is now made simple and easy for your trainer. You can track just about any variable and compare the statistics. Heart rate zones and peaks so you know exactly at what point on your route/workout was the most challenging. You can report back to Christine on your levels of soreness, fatigue, sleep factor, etc.. You can be as specific as you like or just simply log, it's up to you.

Route: Now you can find that route you've been wondering about, any where in the world, & track it's mileage, elevation and so much more with this easy to use system.

Calendar: Have your workouts built for the month with this easy to view calendar that can be emailed and accessed anytime though your login.
