Weight Loss Clinics Available

You can create your own, join a current one or sign up for our Weight loss tour of California! This is a weight loss program offered 3 times a year in Venice California. You will stay at the beautiful Angeleno Hotel in Venice, on the beach. This camp offers a structured program of exercise, nutritional counseling & physiological counseling by your top team of experts in Certified Fitness Training, RD & PHD's.

This successful program will provide you with the tools to achieving healthy weight loss, conquering your inner obstacles and help gain your best self through your most self! You will fun caloric burning sessions as you tour Southern Los Angeles California. You will enjoy a private chef cook for you low calorie, healthy nutritious meals suited to your diet. You will also learn & implement how to prepare the meals yourselves. At the end of your sessions, you will have the tools to know how to lose weight safely, exercise most efficiently, and have the motivation to continue on with your success. Group Fitness class (in the park)

This class is a cardio-circuit strength class. It’s a 1 hour class designed to demonstrate you don’t need a gym to achieve fitness. You can achieve it anywhere & anytime. These exercises are designed for functional training, using multi joints, multi muscle groups, as we do in our everyday life. They are also designed to keep your heart rate up to burn more calories and to work the front and back of each muscle group for balance in the body.

Body fat testing

Body fat analysis using the body IDEXA machine (test given by our expert doctor). This machine is very rare & only a few people have this expensive machine in their facility. This machine is designed as a body fat scan determing fat tissue vs lean tissue. You 'll know exactly what you need to work on. This is THE machine used to track progress for the show "The Biggest Loser" and I love this machine because of it's specificity.
