Facts: “Having struggled with weight loss and exercise throughout the years, I feel this is an area very close to my heart. As a Los Angeles Personal Trainer and athlete, I am confident my exercise programs are a complete preparation for living a healthy lifestyle which incorporate my several years of experience with customized fitness training & nutrition including Circuit Training, Pilates Training, Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training, Functional Training, Core-Strength Training, Flexibility and Physical Therapy Training.

As a Fitness Expert I feel there are three key components to successful healthy living: Exercise, Diet, and Self Image.

Living healthy is not only about the hour or so you are with me, it's about setting the foundation for you to achieve longevity within your daily lifestyle along with appropriate expectations of yourself and your body.

My job is to help you keep your eye on your goals and keep your goals in the forefront of your daily living. I also realize the value of being supported and encouraged. So it's a great safe place for growth.

I'm big on homework and follow through. I believe in integrity and keeping your commitment to YOURSELF. We all need to be held accountable to ourselves! That’s why it is so beneficial to have a fitness trainer.

We can accomplish anything we set our minds to. We just have to set them! That's where I come in and the cool thing is… science says it takes 21 days to build a habit so ANYONE can do it!

Your program will be designed with such great variation, I guarantee you will never feel bored. Just ask any of my current clients! We will strive towards your goals each session with consistency, determination & fun.

During our time, my goal is to have you fall in love with your new lifestyle , and as a result you will achieve life-long fitness. The positive effects of exercise are truly endless. My two favorite exercises are pushups & plank. As you can see in the picture below! Incorporate these to increase your total body strength.

What to expect

Train Smart

You will learn how to train smart and maximize your time. In the workouts, we will cover every muscle group in your body in an efficient and functional way that assures balance within your body. Using scientific research and personal experience, we will teach you the most effective exercises to maximize fat loss and cardio vascular health. We will create your individual program and you show up for a fun workout, it that's simple!

Upon Our initial meeting

We will discuss any medical issues/concerns, injuries, etc. We will evaluate your functional ability, listen to your goals, evaluate your nutritional habits and make recommendations if needed on how to better support your body's needs. We will develop an individual plan for you based on your needs and goals that is designed to work in creating balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.

Testing includes Body fat analysis, Medical/health history evaluation, Blood pressure & Heart rate testing, Nutritional evaluation. Be ready & willing
